2021 was an exceptional growing season that produced a naturally balanced crop of clean chardonnay from a long dry summer.
Fruit predominantly from our oldest vines were hand harvested & whole bunch pressed, some directly to barrel & some cold settled.
Barrel fermentation in 40% new oak was followed by a regime of stirring and topping until April 2021 when racking & assembling commenced.
