Some of our staff related initiatives include:
- Staff incentive given to all those that attend local beach clean-up days
- Recognise and celebrate staff successes – both within the company and externally
- Sustainability information is given to all staff members and is part of our staff induction process
- We offer ‘first time’ employment to local students
- Future Eastern Institute of Technology students are given work experience in the kitchen
- Currently employ staff that speak a vast range of languages
- Staff regularly attend outings together to experience alternative restaurants for upskilling insight
