Making the most of the seasonal bounty Hawke’s Bay has to offer, Peter is in touch with our suppliers, constantly sourcing the finest ingredients. Wherever possible we source organic produce and locally made products. Our local suppliers include Ti Kouka Organic Meat, Waimarama Olive Oil, Hohepa Cheeses and meat products from the Deli Hawke’s Bay.
