Making the most of the seasonal bounty Hawke’s Bay has to offer, Peter is in touch with our suppliers, constantly sourcing the finest ingredients. Wherever possible we source organic produce and locally made products. Our local suppliers include Te Mata Figs, Wild Game Salami Company, Waimarama Olive Oil and Origin Earth Cheeses.
