Past Life: School in Hamilton, a year AFS exchange to Paraguay then back home to a social year at Waikato Uni where I discovered
a love for wine and many other beverages. Started studying winemaking at EIT, Napier in 97 and have worked in the bay
ever since. Three overseas vintages in the Rhone, Loire and Bordeaux.
Pleasures:
My three gorgeous children (Jacob, Florence, Oliver), my wife Amelia, friends, good wine, fine food, the daily quiz and all of the above on a summer holiday at the beach. Always had a penchant for architecture, particularly Frank Lloyd Wright
and recently Louis Hay.

Lay well thy foundation.
Tipple:
Anything with Chardonnay in it, sweet, sparkling or still.
Pairing:
Clearview Reserve Chardonnay with Crayfish and fresh lemon. |
